When I'm photographing, I'm most likely to be found photographing nature. I love getting deep into the grass with the minuscule world of insects and plants and their intriguing lives. It's astounding to think that if these small creatures, some of which barely the size of a fingernail are most crucial to the survival of not only us but our entire planet. In a sense you could say I really am in awe at their existence and how much it impacts to world in a positive way when quite too often our own existence is so negative and destructive.

I try to capture creatures how they are in their natural state, staying quiet and spending time with them until they trust me and get used to my presence. I love each of their individual personalities which you really can get to know only by spending time in their massively tiny world.
